Video – How to Make This Jaw-dropping Honey Bee Wreath

Join Nicole from Reed Family Farm as she creates this charming Honey Bee Wreath using the Bowdabra®. With a grapevine wreath, beautiful florals, and adorable bee accents, this fun summer wreath comes together quickly and easily. And the best part? No hot glue needed!!

To complete the wreath, Nicole adds a matching bumble bee bow created in a previous Bowdabra® tutorial. You’ll find that tutorial linked below.

Supplies:

• 14” Grapevine Wreath
• 2 Matching Filler Flower Bushes
• 2 Daisy Bushes
• 4 Bumble Bee Picks
• Bumble Bee Bow (tutorial linked below)
Large Bowdabra®
Bowdabra® Bow Wire

Instructions:

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, add some yellow floral bushes directly into the Bowdabra, facing one side, and repeat with some additional florals on the other side. Bend the ends to make sure they are secured.

Using the same method, add some daisies to both sides of the Bowdabra. If the stem is too long, simply snip off a little bit of the ends.

Now, add the bumblebee picks. Make sure you leave some room in the center for the Honey Bee bow, tutorial at the bottom of this post.

Finishing the honey bee wreath:

Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security. Use the excess wire to tie the flowers to the wreath.

Finally, add the Bow to the center of the wreath. Your honey bee wreath is all ready to add to your summer decor.
