Instructions:

First, five-year-old, Dax, cuts a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, he folds it in half and places it in the Mini Bowdabra.  He tucks the ends underneath so they stay out of the way while he makes his pet bow.

Next, he takes a pre-cut, dovetailed piece of ribbon and finds the middle.  Then he places it in the  Mini Bowdabra.

Now he takes an 18″ piece of 2 1/2″ wide ribbon and folds the ends under about 3 times on both sides. Next, he scrunches the ribbon in the Bowdabra from the top down like an accordion.  He scrunches everything down with the Bowdabra wand.

With a little help from JoJo, since Dax still cannot tie his shoes, she threads the loose wires through the loop and pulls tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra.  She removes it from the Bowdabra, separates the wires turns to the back, and ties a knot.

To finish, thread the excess wire through the bead or button and tie it tight. Finally, tie the completed bow to the pet collar.  You have the best pet collar bow easy enough for a 5-year-old to make!
