All you need is:
1) Bowdabra
2) 24″ Bowdabra Bow Wire
3) 6 Flip Flops
4) 5′ Scarf
5) 7′ of 2 1/2″ Wide Burlap Ribbon
6) Glue Gun

(Optional: You can hang beads from some of the flip flops.)
