Hi, I’m Nick from Nick’s Seasonal Decor! Today, I’m creating this beautiful rose gold wreath using a natural grapevine wreath, elegant rose gold ribbon, and sparkling flat glitter foliage. The Bowdabra® makes it easy to create a gorgeous, dimensional bow that adds the perfect finishing touch to this elegant wreath. Let’s get started!

Materials:

12-inch Grapevine Wreath

4 yards of 7/8-inch wide Wired Rose Gold Ribbon

Mini or Large Bowdabra®

Bowdabra® Bow Wire

1 Silver Glitter Flat Foliage Pick

1 Rose Gold Glitter Flat Foliage Pick

Instructions:

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Cut the bow wire long enough to be able to tie it to the wreath. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, cut a length of ribbon from the rose gold ribbon for the tails and place it in the Bowdabra.

Now, place a longer length of the rose gold ribbon right in the Bowdabra, right side down, leaving about a 1/2″ over. Now, twist and fold across to make loops back and forth. Make three large loops, two slightly smaller loops, and finish with a button loop

Now scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security.

Use the excess bow wire to tie the bow to the grapevine wreath. Fluff and arrange the bow.

Finally, add sprigs of rose gold foliage all around the wreath and secure with some hot glue. Follow with the silver foliage pick. Curl the tails, and you have an elegant rose gold wreath to brighten up your home decor!
