How to make a year-round Bowdabra classic style wreath

Nick of Nick’s Seasonal Décor shows you how to create this classic style wreath that works beautifully year-round.

Materials:

14” Grapevine wreath
Bush of white filler flowers
4 yds – 2.5” wide wired cream canvas ribbon
Large Bowdabra®
Bowdabra® Bow Wire
Hot Glue

Instructions

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, place a length of ribbon right in the Bowdabra for the tails.  Now, make a twist and fold bow with four loops on each side.

Now scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back and tie a knot.

Use the excess wire to tie the bow onto a wreath form. Next, work in flowers and greenery all around. Use hot glue to secure. You have a perfect classic style wreath for all season decor.  This wreath makes a great gift as well!
