Create a beautiful little Valentine’s Day gift wrap bow with an easy shoelace-bow technique—then add scrunchie ribbon for that extra styled, trendy look! This is a small bow with big personality—perfect for gifts, wreath accents, treat bags, and Valentine décor.
Materials:
Mini Ribbon Rose bouquet 3 yds – 2.5” wide
Wired White/Iridescent ribbon 22” – 1.5” wide wired
Red/White Rose ribbon

Instructions:
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Next, using lengths of the heart ribbon that are pre-dovetailed. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold.
Place the ribbons in the Bowdabra, fanning them out as you add the ribbon strips.
Repeat this step with the red and black ribbon strips.
Next, using a longer piece of the heart print ribbon, make a little shoelace bow. Find the center of the ribbon, scrunch it down into the Bowdabra. Now bring one side across and scrunch down, then bring the other side across and scrunch down.
Finally, make a scrunchy bow in the center. Using some Bowdabra red scrunchy ribbon, insert it from the top and scrunch down like an accordion. Make sure you scrunch in the center.
Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security.
Fluff and arrange the Valentine’s Day gift wrap bow. Use the excess wire to tie to a gift package, treat bags, and Valentine’s Day décor!
