Sandy Sandler, the creator of the Bowdabra® Bow Maker, shows you how to make this gorgeous harvest door swag that can also double as a centerpiece or wreath attachment. With rich fall colors, sparkly ribbon, and floral picks, this design will carry you beautifully from Thanksgiving through Christmas and winter.
Materials:
1.5 yds – 21” wide Deco Mesh
1.5 yds – 4” wide matching sparkly ribbon
4 – Berry picks
Frosted grape cluster
2 – Velvet leaf stems
Fall pick
Blooming floral pick

Instructions:
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Next, using the 21” wide décor mesh and roll the ends under to hide any fraying and scrunch down in the Bowdabra. When you get to the end roll that under as well.
Now, take two pieces of pre-dovetailed ribbon pinch in the middle and crisscross them in the Bowdabra.
Next, lay in the grapes, leaves, and berries. Finally lay in the harvest pick and rose stem. Crisscross some short pieces of gold ribbon to hide any mechanics.
Now, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security.
Fluff and arrange the door swag. You have a gorgeous harvest door swag or centerpiece created in just minutes!
