How to Make a Tasty and colorful Fruit Plate

Ingredients for the Fresh Fruit Plate

  • 3 oranges
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 10 red seedless grapes
  • 10 castelvetrano olives
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Course salt

Preparation of the Fresh Fruit Plate

  1. Peel oranges, and slice into thin slices.
  2. Wash and slice blackberries and grapes.
  3. Drain and slice olives. (Pit if necessary.)
  4. Chiffonade the mint leaves.
  5. Assemble oranges in a spiral on the plate.
  6. Top with blackberries, olives, and grapes.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle with salt.
  9. Garnish with mint.
