Instructions:
First, wrap a length of ribbon all around the gift package.
Next, make the bow. Cut a length of Bowdabra bow wire and fold it in half. Lay it in the Bowdabra, where you will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other for a slip knot. Tuck the ends of the wire under the Bowdabra so that it stays out of the way while making the bow.
Next, Lay in the Bowdabra small pieces of pre-dovetailed scrap ribbon, shaping as you add them. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold.
Now, add a gold ornament, pick into the Bowdabra.
Scrunch everything down. Pull the loose ends of the bow wire and thread it through the loop end. Wow! You have a slip knot! Pull it tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Remove and turn to the back and tie several knots.
Shape the ribbon ends and arrange the ornament pick. Use the excess wire to tie the bow onto the ribbon on the gift package. If you tie it in a shoelace bow, the recipient can untie it and reuse the beautiful and perfect gift bow!
