You can create lovely baby headbands with tulle of various colors and lengths, soft yarn and the Bowdabra bow making tool.
All you need is:
1) Bowdabra
2) 10 pieces pre cut 5″ wide tulle of various colors and lengths
3) One 1 1/2″ wide headband
4) Two pieces very soft yarn: One is 36″ and one is 24″
