Hi everyone! I’m Joette from the Bowdabra Design Team, and today I’ll show you how to create a stunning DIY fall tablescape or mantel piece using Bowdabra®. This project will add a beautiful touch to your decor. Let’s get started!

Materials:

6ft long juniper garland (or garland of choice)
2 – 6ft long matching rose garlands (optional)
8 – assorted matching plastic filler flower bushes
Fall foliage bush
Pumpkin or gourd pick
2.5” wide matching wired ribbon
1.5” wide matching wired ribbon

Bowdabra Bow Wire

Instructions:

First cut a length of the Bowdabra bow wire, fold it in half and place it in the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.

Next, make the bow:

Using a length of ribbon dovetail the ends. Then, find the center and place the ribbon right side down into the Bowdabra. Make a loop, and make a tiny loop on the other side, about a half inch overhang. Scrunch it down making a large loop, then, make another tiny loop on the other side.

Scrunch everything down, thread the loose wires through the loop and pull tight.  Remove from the Bowdabra and tie a knot and double knot. So you have two tails and a three loop bow you can just tuck into a garland or tree.

Now, lay your garlands out together. Tuck the little bloopy bow and tie it to the garlands with the wire. At this point you can add more fall florals by tucking them in the garland.

Make a center swag:

Place some more Bowdabra bow wire into the Bowdabra as you did before. Bend a fall floral bush in half and place in the Bowdabra with florals on both sides.

Using some matching ribbon, Dovetail the ends and place in the Bowdabra for the tails. Then make a shoelace bow with some of the same ribbon.
