Roasted shredded brussel sprouts with bacon

Delicious side dish recipe with roasted shredded brussel sprouts and bacon

Ingredients

  • 1lb brussel sprouts, shredded or thinly sliced
  • 6 pieces chopped bacon (uncooked)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Shred brussel sprouts,
  • Toss with remaining ingredients
  • Roast at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, tossing the mixture about every 10 minutes.

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the bowl after coming out of the oven.
