Dinner easy recipe – After Easter egg salad

It’s Thursday and time to talk recipes.  Make it easy crafts and Bowdabra blog are happy to bring you another Dinner easy recipe post. Easter is over for most people. (Orthodox Easter is this coming weekend) so what do you do with all those hard-boiled Easter eggs?

You can make them into deviled eggs, chop them up and add them to salads, like Cobb salad. You can eat them just like that with a little salt and pepper. You can even pickle them with beet juice, which turns them a lovely pink color. (It’s a popular bar food in the south) Or…you can make egg salad.

I’ve been making egg salad after Easter for many years. I got the recipe from my mom and now you can have it too. Just click on the printable recipe card and print it at 5 x 7 or 4 x 6 size.
