Join Sandy Sandler, the creator of Bowdabra, to make a Rustic Winter Wreath, and no hot glue is necessary! It’s the perfect cozy, festive touch for your home this winter!
Materials:
Wire wreath form
4 – packs of dollar store nautical rope
2 – filler floral bushes
Foliage bush
Pine bird pick
Pinecone pick
1 yard of 2.5” wide ribbon
1 yard 1.5” wide ribbon
Bowdabra
Bowdabra Bow Wire

Instructions:
First, wrap some Dollar Store rope all around a rectangular wreath form, going in and out.
Next, take a length of Bowdabra bow wire, fold it in half, and lay it in the Bowdabra. Tuck the ends under to keep them out of the way while you work.
Lay in some florals and greenery, pinecones, and the bird. Lay in a short piece of pre-dovetailed ribbon for the tails.
Next, make a circle bow. Place the right side of the ribbon down into the Bowdabra, bring the other side across, and bring the right side of the ribbon down. Then, find the center and scrunch that down. Measure the loops to make sure they are about the same size.
Next, make a little shoelace bow. Find the center of a piece of ribbon and scrunch it down into the Bowdabra. Now bring one side across and scrunch down, then bring the other side across and scrunch down. Give everything a good scrunch with the Bowdabra wand.
Place in a pine cone. Insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security.
Finally, shape the loops and tails. Use the excess wire to attach the bow to the prepared wreath form.
