Instructions

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, place the wide burlap ribbon right side down into the Bowdabra.  Bring one side across and scrunch in the opposite side, then scrunch down in the middle, making a large loop bow.

Now, add the mossy branches to the Bowdabra. Follow with some hanging branches of flowers,  pampas grass stems, hanging florals, and sunflowers. Adjust the directions of the florals as you go. Scrunch down with the Bowdabra wand.

Next, use the 2 1/2″ wide wired burlap ribbon to create a funky bow style. Fold lengths of ribbon in half with a loop on one side and two tails on the other, like an awareness ribbon. Then, place them in the Bowdabra alternating the sides of loops and tails.

Make sure the right side of the wrong side of the ribbon is on the inside as you add the pieces of ribbon.

Finally, add a hydrangea bloom and some random fall leaves in the center and scrunch everything down. Find the bow wire loop and loose wires, and then carefully insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy!

To finish, pull the long side down and adjust the floral and ribbon. You have a beautiful transitional season swag to use on your door or even add to an extra-large wreath!  Easy and no hot glue needed!!
