Great Halloween Crafts and Ideas – Feature Friday

Decorate a wood panel with ghosts made with airdrying modeling clay. You will have fun painting the number of days to Halloween every day on the panel with chalk.

Make your own layered Halloween candles that will look great as day or nighttime Halloween decor pieces. Make them colorful and attractive with liquid dye colors or wax color blocks. You can add a dash of essential oils for fragrance too if you wish.

Check out these cute and fun Halloween cup cake toppers! They could be a fun project for the kids. And if you don’t want cupcake toppers you can always use them for digital scrap booking.

Create a fun Halloween ring toss carnival game with some spooky rats. All you need to do is decorate a cardboard box with some crepe and tissue paper and squares and circles to make it look eerie. The kids will love tossing rings around the rats perched on the box.

Paint sugar skulls on terracotta flower pots! And with both Halloween and Dia de los Muertos coming soon, I thought today was a good day to make a start.
