Sandy Sandler, the creator of the Bowdabra is here to show you how to make a beautiful summer wreath bow in just minutes. This bow will be sure to add the finishing touch to a wreath or to use as a door bow. The amazing Bowdabra makes it super easy!
Materials:
Bubble Dot Ribbon
Dollar Store Baby’s Breath
Hydrangea Flowers

Instructions:
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow
Next, take two pieces of wired burlap ribbon that have already been dovetailed and lay it in the Bowdabra. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold
Repeat this step with the bubble dot ribbon. Scrunch everything down into the Bowdabra.
Now use a long piece burlap ribbon to make a multi-loop twist and fold bow. Scrunch in the ribbon, then, bring the ribbon across and scrunch down, twist, and repeat. Continue making loops back and forth twisting and scrunching down into the Bowdabra. Make sure the wrong sides are always on the inside of the bow.
Repeat this multi-loop twist and fold style bow with a long piece of the bubble dot ribbon.
Next lay in some baby’s breath florals. Follow this with the large hydrangea flower. Scrunch down with the Bowdabra wand.
Now, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy!
To finish, fluff and shape out the bow. Use the excess wire to tie your summer wreath bow onto the wreath or you use it as a door bow.
