Materials:

Mini Bowdabra

Bowdabra Bow Wire

3 – Korker ribbons

15” – 3/8” wide Black Swiss Dots grosgrain ribbon (divided into 5” strips)

20” – 2.5” wide Printed Football ribbon

color of choice: Elastic Ponytail holder

Fray Check or choice of ribbon sealer

Instructions:

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Mini Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your school spirit bow.

Next, find the center of a piece of football ribbon and scrunch it right side down into the Bowdabra.  Now bring one side across and scrunch down, then bring the other side across and scrunch down. Use the Bowdabra wand to give everything a good scrunch.

Now, add three pieces of the Swiss dot ribbon right in the Mini Bowdabra. Now lay in three pieces of coordinating color of choice Korker ribbons. Scrunch down everything with the Bowdabra wand.

Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security.

To finish, use the excess wire to tie the bow to a ponytail holder. Cut the excess wire off and fluff and arrange your school spirit bow.  Make several of these in your school colors in just minutes!
