How to make an elegant gift bow quick and easy

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here to share an elegant gift wrap bow using the Bowdabra.

Supplies:
Bowdabra Mini Bow Making Tool 
Bowdabra Bow Wire
Ribbon – 1 1/2″ Daisy’s Garden Pink, Bobble Ribbon
Wrapped Gift

Instructions:

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire, fold it in half, and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Cut 2 pieces of ribbon approximately 8″ in length, then place in the Bowdabra.

Create the bow by placing the ribbon in the channel, twisting the ribbon on each turn.
Use the Bow Wand to push the loops into the channel.

Add 2 pieces of bobble ribbon in the channel.
Use the Bow Wand to push the loops into the channel.

Pull up on the bow wire, threading the ends through the loop.
Pull tight, turn to the back, and tie a knot.

Wrap the package, then wrap with 2 pieces of the same ribbon.

Use the excess bow wire to tie the bow to the ribbon strips.
Dove tail the ribbon ends.

While this would be a perfectly wrapped gift for any occasion, wouldn’t this be perfect for Mother’s Day or an Easter gift! Change the color ribbon for an elegant gift wrap bow for any occasion!
