100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
Large Bowdabra
Blue ribbon roll
Pink ribbon roll
Hot glue
Grapevine wreath
Blue and pink flower decorative picks
First, fold the bow wire in half and tuck it underneath the Bowdabra.
Next, cut some tails (24″) from the blue and pink ribbon roll and place them right into the Bowdabra.
To create a funky style bow. Fold lengths of ribbon in half with a loop on one side and two tails on the other like an awareness ribbon. Then, place them in the Bowdabra alternating the sides of loops and tails. If there is a wrong and right side of the ribbon, make sure you twist it when you place it in the Bowdabra so that the wrong side is on the inside.
Alternate the color of the ribbon till you have 4 loops. Now, thread the loose bow wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Remove from the Bowdabra, turn to the back, and tie several knots. Fluff and arrange the loops on the bow.
Dovetail the ends of all the tails. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold.
To finish this beautiful spring DIY wreath use some hot glue to add pink and blue matching flowers and picks.
