Sandy Sandler is here to show you how easy it is to use those ribbon scraps and make them new again with Bowdabra. Everyone has some ribbon scraps lying around from previous projects, but wait, don’t toss them, make them new again to make a stunning bow that can be used for a Valentine’s Day gift or an amazing wreath bow!
So, let’s get started!

Bowdabra Bow Wire
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Dovetail all the ribbon scraps. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold.
Next, begin laying the ribbon strips in the Bowdabra alternating colors. Continue adding the ribbon strips until you have added as many as desired.
Now, take the boa and simply place it in the Bowdabra and fold it back and forth.
Now scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy!
