Never worry about wilted flowers with the Valentine Paper Hearts Bouquet. Follow the step-by-step tutorial to make your heart bouquet.

Valentine Paper Hearts Bouquet

Gather these supplies:

  • Plain and patterned cardstock or paper
  • Liquid glue
  • Wooden skewers or coffee stirs
  • Hearts Template

Instructions for making paper hearts bouquet:

  1. Print the Hearts Template, and cut out the size heart of your choice as a template. Trace the template onto the cardstock or patterned paper. You’ll need two hearts for each paper heart “flower.”
  2. Draw a thin line of glue along the edges and center of one heart.
  3. Add a skewer to the center glue line.
  4. Add glue to the top of the skewer.
  5. Press the matching heart on top, carefully aligning the edges of the hearts. Set aside to dry.
  6. As an embellishment option you can use a white ink marker to draw stitching lines near the outer edge of a heart.
  7. When the hearts are dry, arrange them in a vase. Add dried or artificial foliage to complete the Valentine Paper Hearts Bouquet. Hint: I used 12″ skewers, and cut them to length as I was arranging the bouquet.
