Yes, you can make the best winter decor with upcycled holiday ribbon! I’ll show you how to create some cute winter decor that’ll add a cozy touch to your space. Let’s get started!
First, get a bow that you can reconstruct take it apart, and smooth it out as much as you can. Find a piece of ribbon that you can use for the tails.
Next, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Now, add some greenery balancing it on each side of the Bowdabra. Next, lay in two short tails of recycled ribbon in an”X” pattern.
Now, take some ribbon make a loop on one end, and lay it in the Bowdabra. Repeat for a second piece of ribbon laying it in the opposite direction.
Next, take a longer piece of ribbon and fold it to find the center. Place it in the Bowdabra make a loop and bring it across. Take the other end and make a matching loop.
Finally, add some berry clusters.
Now scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy!
