MATERIAL REQUIRED:

 Bowdabra Bowmaker
1.5″ Wide Ribbon
Bowdabra Bow Wire

Instructions:

First, cut a length of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, cut the length of the red velvet ribbon for the tails.  Pinch the ribbon in the middle and place it in between the Bowdabra towers.

Now, place the ribbon in the Bowdabra, bring it across to make a loop, twist, and fold, and continue making loops. Make sure as you twist that the velvet bow side is facing up.

Continue making loops in this manner till you have approximately 7-8 loops on each side

Now scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy!

Fluff up the bow by pulling all the loops open.  You can tie this beautiful red velvet wreath bow onto a wreath or use it in many ways throughout the holiday season.
