14” Oval Grapevine Wreath
1.5” wide Velvet Ribbon
Pick of Pine Branch
Pick or bush of Holly
2 Berry picks or stems
Hot glue
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Next, lay in some green ribbon for the tails. They are approximately 14″ on each side. Now, continue with some green velvet ribbon starting with the velvet side down, twisting and making a loop making sure the velvet side is always facing up. Continue making loops as many as desired.
Now, thread the loose bow wire through the loops and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Remove from the Bowdabra, separate the wires, turn to the back, and tie a knot and double knot.
Next, use the excess wire to tie the bow onto the wreath form. Fluff and arrange the bow. Work in some pine greenery in the wreath with some hot glue. Then, add some berry clusters in the same way. Finally, add some holly leaves with berries. You have an elegant holiday wreath and it is complete in just a few minutes!!
