*Ice skate ornaments- Dollar tree
*Music note scrapbook paper
*Lace
Jute
*Ribbon or fabric for bow
*Embroidery hoop
* winter greenery
*mini wood slice
*Stamps
*Modpodge
*Cinnamon
*Brown paint
*Large Bowdabra
First, prepare the Dollar Tree ice skates. Brush on a cream color acrylic paint and let dry. When dry brush on some ModPodge all around and attach some sheet music paper. Let dry. Paint the blades of the ice skates with brown acrylic paint. Sprinkle on some cinnamon while the paint is still wet.
Next, attach some coffee-stained lace to the top portion of the skates. Add a tiny jute bow on the skate to mimic the laces.
Using an embroidery hoop, hot glue some winter greenery all around. Attach the prepared skates to the embroidery hoop wreath.
Place a length of jute in the Bowdabra. Now, begin making loops back and forth with some ripped fabric. Keep adding fabric loops until your bow is to your liking. Then, use the jute to tie the bow together, fluff, and arrange the bow.
To finish, stamp a message on some wood slices. Attach some jute to the back and hang it on your wreath. You have an adorable rustic mini winter wreath that you can make in just a few minutes!
