Instructions:

First, take some floral wire and wrap it around the top of the paint stick. Wrap each end of the wire around the paint stick three times. Then, make a loop with the wire ends for a hanger.

Next, visually divide the paint stick in half and twist on the chenille stem in the center. Repeat this with another chenille stem in the opposite direction.  You have the first set of doubles.

Now, twist two chenille stems in the same way right under the wire hanger. (about 2 1/2″ down from the top)

Repeat this step on the bottom end.  Next, twist a chenille stem in between the double chenille stems, but this time have them facing upward.

Add the mesh

Now gather the end of some mesh and twist to attach to the first set of double chenille stems. Measure 12 inches and go to the next set of double chenille stems and twist to attach. When you reach the end only go 10 inches.  Now, go back down the other side in 12-inch increments.  fluff out the poofs. When you reach the end go back to 10-inch poof.

Now go back to 10-inch poofs and attach them to the center chenille stems. Finish with a twelve inch in the double chenille stems. Now, go back to 10-inches and the center chenille stems. Trim the mesh.

Make the bows:

Cut 6 24″ pieces of the corresponding ribbon and dovetail all the ends. Fold into little bows and attach to the chenille stems all around

Add the florals:

Using floral bushes, cut them apart to create smaller bundles. Attach the bundles to the center chenille stems.

Make the center bow:

Place a chenille stem into the Bowdabra. Now, cut two 14″ pieces of ribbon and dove ail the ends. Find the center and scrunch down into the Bowdabra.  Repeat with another ribbon piece facing in the opposite direction.

Next, using another color ribbon place it in the Bowdabra and make about four loops on each side.  Use the chenille stem to twist it all together. Attach the bow to the center. You have the most beautiful fall paint stick swag to display all season long.
