Have I got an adorable way to make stunning deco mesh table decor using the Bowdabra! It is so easy and serves as a decorative accent for Fall or any season or occasion. Simply switch out the deco mesh and ribbon! It will surely add style, texture, and glamour to your table!
Then fold over the end of a ten-inch deco mesh roll down into the Bowdabra. Spread out the length of the deco mesh across your work surface for easy usage.
Using both hands, begin making at least 15 folds of deco mesh down into the Bowdabra. The deco mesh should look like ruffles on each side of the Bowdabra for a ruffle deco mesh flower.
Next, leave the 2.5″ ribbon on the roll crease about an inch from the end of the ribbon. Insert it down into the Bowdabra.
Since the ribbon design is only on one side, make a 4″ loop on one side and twist the ribbon down into the Bowdabra!
Gently pull the deco mesh and ribbon along with the chenille stem out of the Bowdabra, securing it all in your hand. Insert one end of the chenille stem into the deco mesh while wrapping the other end of the stem around the ruffles and bow. Twist both ends of the chenille stem to secure the ruffles and bow underneath.
Fluff the small loop in the center bow ribbon into a decorative knot for a finished deco mesh flower and bow look.
Continue with the design by measuring about 14″ of deco mesh to start another ruffle flower. As before, by scrunching fifteen folds down into the Bowdabra.
and make another bow, once again.
Repeat the steps to make a third deco mesh flower and bow. After measuring another fourteen inches of deco mesh for an adorable table decoration.
Have fun making this lovely table decoration any length you want! And the best part is if you don’t want to use it on a table. Imagine adding it to your Christmas tree this holiday season! It’s so easy to make and perfect to dress up any area of your home!
