Hey there! I’m Lexi from the Bowdabra Design Team. Today, I’m super excited to show you how to turn pink felt jack-o’-lantern into amazing Dollar Store pumpkin decor with the Mini Bowdabra! Seriously, pink is the new orange! So, let’s grab our stuff and jump into this fun project that’s gonna make your Halloween decor stand out!
12”-14” strip of 1.5” wide ribbon
4”-6” strip of 2.5” wide ribbon
Cute felt Pumpkin or Jack O’ Lantern
Hot Glue

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Mini Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Next, place a length of ribbon into the Mini Bowdabra right side down. Then gold it to make a loop across and do the same to the other end. One tail will face up and the other will face down. (pinwheel bow) Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.
Now, using the shorter piece of ribbon feed it into the Mini Bowdabra from the top and scrunch down like an accordion.
Next, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy! Fluff and shape your bow.
Using hot glue attach the bow to the jack-0-lantern. You have the cutest Dollar Store pumpkin decor to display this Halloween! This pumpkin is so unique and different you will be getting compliments from everyone who sees it!
