Liz from Crafty Queens is here to show you how easy it is to make this inexpensive Halloween ghost in minutes.
First, cut some lace and ribbons to 12-inch lengths.
Next, prep your ghost. Drape some white fabric in cheesecloth over the top of a styrofoam ball on top of a glass.
Then using some faux leather from the Dollar Tree cut some ovals for the eyes. Attach them to the ghost with some hot glue.
Next, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Begin laying the lace and ribbon one at a time making loops and alternating ribbon colors. Start with the widest ribbon in the back and continue adding ribbon and lace.
Now, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security. The Bowdabra wire makes it so easy!
Use the excess wire to tie around the ghost head. Add some extra embellishments to the Halloween ghost. This cute little girly ghost is sure to brighten your Halloween decor!
