Let’s get started! Here’s what you’ll need…
Materials:
3 different patterns of 12” strips of 1.5” wide non-wired ribbon, cut in half and dovetailed
Crystal floral pick
Elastic Ponytail holder
Mini Bowdabra
Bowdabra Bow Wire
Instructions

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Mini Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, pinch a mountain up fold it in the center of pre-cut ribbon pieces, and place it in the Bowdabra. Repeat this step 5 more times with various colored pieces of ribbon.

Lastly, add a floral stem in the center.

Now, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Mini Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security.

Use the excess wire to tie the scrap ribbon bow to an elastic ponytail holder.  Finally fluff and shape your bow.  Since this bow doesn’t have loops, simply pull the ribbons around in a circular shape.  You have a super cute scrap ribbon hair bow!
