Materials:
20”-22” of 12 gage soft aluminum wire
Head band
12 Feathers/plumes
Mini Bowdabra
Bowdabra Bow Wire
Instructions:

First, shape out a circle with some 12 gauge wire leaving some overhang to wrap around a headband.  Now, hammer all around the wire circle. Once your have hammered all around reshape the circle.

Next, cut a length of Bowdabra bow wire, fold it in half and lay it in the Mini Bowdabra.

Now, begin adding feathers to the Bowdabra on each side pretty side down. Then continue adding feathers in this way.  Now, add larger feather with the pretty side up.

Next, thread the two loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the feathers are still in the Bowdabra.  Remove from the Bowdabra, turn to the back, separate the wires and tie a knot.  Tie the feathers to the halo ring in the back.

To finish, fluff out the feathers on the halo. Pair this with some dollar store wings and a white outfit and you can become dazzling with this amazing angel costume idea put together in minutes!!
