Bowdabra Ribbons:
Instructions:
First, place a cellophane bag in your choice of containers. Then, add all the candies, toys, and goodies in the cellophane lined container. Next, gather up the cellophane and tie it together with a length of Bowdabra bow wire. Trim off the excess wire and set aside.
Make the bow
Next, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Now, fold the creepy cloth in half to find the center and place it in the Bowdabra. Fold one end over making a loops and repeat this step with the other side.
Next, add purple twinkling ribbon funky bow style. Fold pieces to create a loop and two tails. Repeat with another piece of twinkling ribbon. Then, add two strips of 1 1/2″ wide black twinkling ribbon into the Bowdabra.
Add the sugar skull socks to your bow
Add the sugar skull socks by pinching the end and placing each sock in the Bowdabra making a loop. Repeat with the other sock. Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.
To finish, take the scrunch ribbon and insert from the top like an accordion. Finally, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand. Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back and tie a knot. Tie a double knot for extra security. Use the excess wire to tie the bow on to your Halloween gift basket. Fluff and shape your bow for the most adorable gift boo basket!
