DIY Funky Bow (Starts At 1:36)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Black-White Polka Dot Ribbon Roll
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting off the 6 long tails from the ribbon roll, he creates 6 loops (loops about 3 ½” – 4” and tails about 5” – 6”) and places them simultaneously on alternative sides.
- He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.
DIY Bow Wreath (Starts At 11:14)
Materials Required:
- 100-Yard Bowdabra Bow Wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Burlap Ribbon Roll
- Grapevine Wreath
- White Flower Stem with Leaves sprays/picks
- Hot Glue
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting off the long tails ( 24” on each side) from the burlap ribbon roll, he places it into the Bowdabra.
- He places the ribbon in and creates 11 loops (4 ½” – 5”) into the Bowdabra.
- He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
- In the end, he sticks the bow securely to the wreath and adds some decorative white flower stems with leaves sprays with hot glue.
DIY Loopy Bow (Starts at 25:42)
Materials Required:
- 100-Yard Bowdabra Bow Wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Butterfly Ribbon Roll
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting off the tails from the ribbon roll, he places them right into the Bowdabra.
- He takes the ribbon, flips it inside out, places it on the Bowdabra, and creates 4 loops.
- Using the same ribbon, he creates 2 comparatively smaller loops and 1 button loop.
- He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
