Sandy Sandler, the creator of the Bowdabra shows you how to create this stunning Easter centerpiece in just minutes. This beautiful centerpiece will be the “wow” factor in your Easter events! What’s more, is that it is so easy to make!
Did you know that Bowdabra is a multi-use tool and is not just for Bows! You can make lovely floral arrangements right in the Bowdabra!
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Since this will be very thick, make sure you cut a longer piece of Bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your centerpiece.
Next, lay in the floral leaves on each side. Now, bend the mixed floral bush in half and lay it in the Bowdabra placing a group of flowers on each side of the Bowdabra. Then, lay in a blue floral bush on each side of the Bowdabra, followed by laying in the yellow flowers on each side.
Next, lay in the picks, carrots, and eggs alternating on each side. Now, add the extra flowers.
Now, lay in the tails which are already dovetailed. Place one going one way and the other the opposite way.
Next, lay in the longer piece of ribbon and twist and fold to make loops. Make sure the right side is always facing up.
Add the yellow gingham ribbon tails. Finally, make a bow by laying in the longer piece of gingham ribbon, twisting and folding it to create the bow.
To finish, insert the loose bow wire through the loop and pull tight for a slip knot. Remove the centerpiece from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot. Tie another knot for extra security. Fluff and arrange your centerpiece!
