DIY Big Door Swag (Starts at 1:30)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Musical Note Ribbon Roll
- Sheer Sparkled Wired Ribbon Roll
- Deco Mesh
- Silver Picks
Process:
- Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- She lays down musical note ribbon, sheer sparkled wired ribbon, and deco mesh into the Bowdabra.
- She holds the deco mesh (1/2 yard) and scrunches it down into the Bowdabra.
- She places the musical note ribbon in and creates 7 loops.
- She lays two pieces of sheer sparkled wired ribbons into the Bowdabra and creates 8 loops.
- She lays down a few silver decorative picks into the Bowdabra.
- Then, she finishes it off with another 4 loops so that the picks will be in the middle of the loops.
- She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.
DIY Wreath Bow (Starts at 10:20)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Burlap Ribbon Roll
- Sheer Gold Polka Dot Ribbon Roll
- Decorative Earrings Picks
Process:
- Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting off the tails from the burlap ribbon and sheer gold polka dot ribbon, she lays them down into the Bowdabra.
- She holds both ribbons together, puts them in, and creates 6 loops.
- She lays down decorative earrings and picks into the Bowdabra.
- She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.
Chinese New Year Bow Wreath (Starts at 14:30)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- 5” Wide Red Ribbon Roll
- Red-Gold Swirl Ribbon Roll
- Gold-Net Ribbon Roll
- Gold Scrunchy Ribbon Roll
- Wreath
Process:
- Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- She lays down two pieces of 5” wide red ribbon, two sets of red-gold swirl ribbon, and gold net ribbon into the Bowdabra.
- She places another set of red-gold swirl ribbon and gold net ribbon into the Bowdabra and creates 4 loops.
- She lays down decorative gold pick into the Bowdabra.
- She holds the gold scrunchy ribbon and scrunches it down into the Bowdabra.
- She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
- In the end, she takes the wreath covered with red ribbon and attaches the bow to it.
Hair Bow (Starts at 20:08)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Mini Bowdabra
- Bunch of scrap ribbons (pink-gold polka dot and purple glitter ribbon)
Process:
- Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- She places two pieces of scrap ribbons into the Bowdabra and creates 4 loops.
- She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
Scrap Ribbons Bow (Starts at 22:37)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Bunch of scrap ribbons (Red Ribbon, red-gold snowflake ribbon, red-gold polka dot ribbon)
- White Rose Pick
Process:
- Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends, she lays down the pieces of scrap ribbons into the Bowdabra.
- She lays down decorative white rose pick into the Bowdabra.
- She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
