Funky Bow for Christmas (Starts at 1:17)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Velvet Red Ribbon Roll
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- He cuts off a bunch of long tails (8 tails) from the ribbon roll.
- He creates 8 loops (3” – 4”) with those tails and puts them inside the Bowdabra.
- He pulls the bow wire from one end to the other and ties the bow.
- He finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.
DIY Halloween Bow (Starts at 9:10)
Materials Required:
- 100-Yard Bowdabra Bow Wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Black-White Polka Dot Ribbon Roll
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting off the tails from the ribbon roll, he places them right into the Bowdabra.
- He takes the ribbon, flips it inside out, places it on the Bowdabra, and creates 6 loops (3” – 3 ½” ).
- Using the same ribbon, he creates 4 comparatively smaller loops and 1 button loop.
- He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
DIY Fall/Christmas Bow Wreath (Starts at 12:45)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- 1 ½” Beige-Ivory Ribbon Roll
- 14” Grapevine Wreath
- Eucalyptus leaves Picks
- Filler Berry Sprays (Yellow, Rust Brown)
- Orange and Yellow Bittersweet Flower Sprays/Picks
- Hot Glue
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- After cutting off the tails from the ribbon roll, he places them right into the Bowdabra.
- He takes the ribbon, flips it inside out, places it on the Bowdabra, and creates 9 loops (2 ½” – 3”).
- He pulls the bow wire from one end to the other and ties the bow.
- He finishes off by fluffing the loops.
- In the end, he sticks the bow securely to the wreath and adds some decorative eucalyptus leaves picks, yellow & orange bittersweet flower sprays with hot glue.
DIY Fall Bow (Starts at 21:06)
Materials Required:
- 100-Yard Bowdabra Bow Wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Fall Ribbon Roll
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- He cuts off a bunch of long tails (8 tails) from the ribbon roll and places them inside the Bowdabra.
- Next, he cuts off a bunch of comparatively smaller tails (3 tails) from the same ribbon roll and keeps the smaller pieces on the top to create a flower design.
- He pulls the bow wire from one end to the other and ties the bow.
- He finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.
Present Bow (Starts at 27:20)
Materials required:
- 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
- Large Bowdabra
- Burlap Brown Ribbon Roll
Process:
- Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
- He takes the ribbon, flips it inside out, places it on the Bowdabra, and creates 10 loops.
- Then, he pulls the bow wire from one end to the other and ties the bow.
- He finishes off by fluffing all the loops.
