How to make a Halloween hair bow with Bowdabra
Supplies:
Mini Bowdabra
Bowdabra bow wire
Orange tulle
2 pieces of 10.5 inches Halloween print ribbon
1 piece of 10-inch ribbon
1 piece of 3-inch ribbon
hair clip
hot glue
Instructions:
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Mini Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side. This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.
Next, take the orange tulle and fold it several times together. Lay it into the Mini Bowdabra.
Now, take the Halloween print ribbon and insert it into the Mini Bowdabra. Bring the ribbon over and place that end in the Bowdabra. Press down in the center to make a bow.
Repeat the last step with the other 10.5” ribbon. Then, repeat it again with the last color of the Halloween print ribbon. Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.
Insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Remove from the Bowdabra and tie several knots in the back.
Hot glue three inches of ribbon around the center to cover the wire with a hot glue gun. To finish, glue a hair clip to the back.
