Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman is here to share how to add a bow to a large size birthday tag.
Mini Bowdabra and Hair Bow Tool and Ruler Kit
Bow Wire
Ribbon
Decorated Tag
A large size tag is so much fun to decorate, but add a Bowdabra bow and it really becomes a statement piece! And when you make it fit the event like this large size birthday tag it becomes even more meaningful.
Since I wanted a smaller bow, I used the Hair Bow Tool to keep the loops similarly sized.
Start by placing a 12″ strip of ribbon in the Bowdabra.
Make 1 1/2″ loops, twisting the ribbon as it passes through the channel.
Use the bow wand to push the loops in the channel.
Creating a 4 looped bow, pull up on the bow wire and tie off.
Fluff the loops.
Create the birthday tag, decorating it as desired.
Tie the bow to the tag.
Using a craft pick, twist the bow wire around it.
Thanks for stopping by.
