Easter or Bunny Ribbon, two pieces 2″ x 18″
Plaid or matching printed Ribbon Cut two pieces 2″ x 18″
Matching color burlap Ribbon Cut two pieces 18″ each
(These ribbon colors can be created for any occasion.)
2 Stems of Lambs Ear or any linear greenery stems
Large Bowdabra
Twine or Bowdabra Bow Wire
This bow will have 3 loops of each ribbon on each side. The loops are 5″.
First, fold the twine or Bowdabra Wire in half and place it in the Bowdabra. Next, place each stem of the foliage end to end, down in the Bowdabra.
Make a 5″ loop with the first ribbon, twisting and keeping the printed sides facing upwards Then, place it down in the Bowdabra. Keep repeating this method with each ribbon color going left, right, left, right, etc… Until you’ve used all 6 strips.
Once all the ribbon is in the Bowdabra, tie the bow up real tight with the slip knot you’ve created by folding your tie in half. Flip the bow over and tie a double knot. Now, dovetail the ends. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold.
Finally, fluff and shape your adorable Easter Bunny Bow swag and enjoy!
