Here’s how to make this flirty and fun hair bow.
Mini Bowdabra, Measuring Tool and Wand
Bowdabra bow wire
1.5″ two-tone satin/metallic back ribbon
Ruler
Scissors
Rhinestone mesh ribbon
Fabri-Tac fabric glue
Cut an 18″ strip of Bowdabra bow wire, fold in half, and lay it into the Mini Bowdabra. Then, pinch the end of a 12″ length 1.5″ wide two-tone ribbon and insert into the Mini Bowdabra.
Next, pinch ribbon on the opposite end and bring over the Mini Bowdabra tower and place it down into the Mini Bowdabra.
Then pinch the center of the ribbon and . . .
insert the ribbon into the Mini Bowdabra. Use the hair bow ruler to make sure the loops are even. Scrunch the ribbon down using the Mini Bowdabra wand.
Next, thread the two loose ends of the bow wire through the loop at the other end. Pull the bow wire tightly while pulling the bow out.
For a finishing chic touch, cut a 1.5″ strip of rhinestone mesh ribbon and glue it onto the center of the bow, securing the ends in the back.
Cut seven 5″ lengths of ribbon.
Add glue to one end of the ribbon and seal ends together to form a loop.
Then make six more loops.
Begin forming the tail by adding glue along one edge of a loop and pressing it on the edge of another loop about a half-inch in, as pictured.
Then, take another loop, add glue along the edge and place along the second end of the loop about a half-inch in.
Continue adding glue to the next loop (4) end edge and press on the third edge about 1/2″ in.

Continue gluing on a ribbon loop (5) . . .
Gluing on the 6th loop and . . .
then the seventh and final loop.
To complete the look, glue on the bow to the top of the loops at an angle.
Add a clip to the back or attach to a headband for a hot, trendy look!
