Adorable wedding favors from paper cups
Materials Needed:
- Paper snack cups
- 5″ wide patterned rib bon
- Fabric-Tac fabric glue
- Tulle
- Metallic printed ribbon by LaRibbon
- Mini Bowdabra with hairbow tool and ruler attachment
- Bowdabra bow wire
To create the wedding favor:
First, cut rolled edge from paper cup.
Next, find the center of the cup and cut out a . . .
decorative V shape .
Then, curve the top edges!
Cover the cup with ribbon
Add glue along the center back, covering the edges and sides. Apply ribbon to entire cup and smooth out. Once dry, cut off excess ribbon along edges.

To Make a Bow with One Direction Printed Ribbon:
Start by folding a 18″ length of bow wire in half and place in the Mini Bowdabra, tucking ends under. Then, cut a 20″ length of one direction printed ribbon. Fold together to find center, pinch and place into the Mini Bowdabra, print side down.
Fold one side of the ribbon over and down into the Mini Bowdabra making a 3″ loop using the measuring tool.
Next, fold a matching 3″ loop on the other side, adjusting ribbon tails. Now, scrunch down the ribbon using the Mini Bowdabra wand. Make sure that all of the lettering and logo is in the correct direction to read.
While the bow is still in the Mini Bowdabra, thread the two loose ends of the bow wire through the loop, pulling tightly and tie in a knot at the back, gently pulling bow out. Next, make a smaller bow using the same method and glue onto the cup center.
Then, glue gathered tulle to the inside of the cup and tie bow on with the bow wire, cutting off excess wire and tulle, if needed.
Dovetail the ribbon ends by folding the ribbon together at the end and cutting at an angle from the fold down to the corner tip.
