Flower bracelet
Materials:
- Mini Bowdabra
- 18″ Silver Bowdabra Wire
- 2.25″ x 5″ Wired Leopard Print Ribbon
- 6″ Head Band Cut in Half
- Flower Decal
- Hot Glue
So, the first thing we’re going to do is take this headband, it was a used headband, and I just cut it in half to make little friendship bracelets. Next, I’m going to take the glue and I’m just going to put a layer of glue right here. And I’m going to just glue it together while trying not to burn my hands or my fingers. So, I’m going to put it aside.
Now, I’m going to take my Mini Bowdabra and I have this cute little sort of leopard print. And I have already folded my bow wire in half. So I’ll just tuck the Bowdabra Bow Wire underneath the Mini Bowdabra to stay out of the way while I make my bracelet.
What I’m going to do is just make a little scrunchie bow. And because I want the ends to be hidden, I’m just going to do a little fold and then scrunch it in. And I can take my wand and scrunch everything down.
Then, I’m just going to pull this through my slipknot. I pull it really tight while it’s still in the Bowdabra, separate the ends and bring it around to the back and tie a knot.
Finishing your bracelet
To finish, I’m going to just take one of the ends and weave it through my bracelet, just through the hole there. And I’m going to actually bring it back through the other side because I want to tie this off while it’s on the front of the bracelet versus on the back of the bracelet.
I’ll just bring my hole here, feed the wire through. Part of the reason I’m having trouble is that the glue’s still very sticky. So now I’m just going to bring this through here, tie it off. And I’m going to just make a double knot here. That way I make sure that it stays really secure.
Finally, I’m going to just cut this really close in and cut that there. And I’m going to make a really cute little flower. And I’m going to take my little accessory, put a little drop of glue on the back of that and glue it right into the middle of my flower. Now, I have a really cute little bracelet.
