Watch Sandy Sandler, the creator of the Bowdabra, create amazing Texas sized hair bows in minutes with the Mini Bowdabra and beautiful assorted ribbons. You can make them too – as easy as 1 – 2 – 3.
CUTE LITTLE SCRUNCHY BOW
Sandy scrunches red, golden, and sliver scrunchy ribbons in Mini Bowdabra and ties it all. Separating the ends of the ribbons, she finishes the cute little scrunchy ribbon bow in just a few steps – as easy as 1 – 2 – 3.
CUTE BABY BOW
Sandy uses a 35” long and 2” wide red ribbon for this Texas Sized Hair Bows project. She scrunches it into the Mini Bowdabra making loops in an X manner and scrunches another ribbon (22.5” long and 1.5” wide) in the same pattern as the red ribbon making an X. She uses a printed ribbon (7” long and 1” wide) and scrunches it again making loops. Finally, Sandy ties it to a headband to finish the cute baby bow.
PRETTY AND SIMPLE HEADBAND BOW
Sandy inserts a headband in the Mini Bowdabra and scrunches a dovetailed ribbon (9” long and 3” wide) with another strip of same ribbon (14.5” long) making loops. Sandy uses another ribbon (18.5” long and 2.5” wide) making loops and tops it with another piece of ribbon (2.5” and 2.5” wide). Lastly, she scrunches a strip of Bowdabra Rhinestone Mesh (5.5” long) and ties it all to finish the beautiful headband bow.
PRETTY BLUE AND SILVER SCRUNCHY RIBBON BOW
Sandy uses a beautiful blue chiffon ribbon (16.5” long and 1.5” wide) and scrunches it making loops. She tops it up with a silver scrunchy ribbon and ties both to finish the beautiful blue and scrucnhy ribbon bow.
BEAUTIFUL PONYTAIL HOLDER BOW
For this Texas Sized Hair Bows project, Sandy uses a green ribbon (1 yard long and 1.5 inches wide) that she scrunches in Mini Bowdabra making loops in a X manner. She tops it with another ribbon (1 yard” 32” long, and 0.5” wide), twisting and turning it making loops in an X manner. Tying it all, Sandy separates the loops and ribbon tails to finish the beautiful bow that can be attached to a ponytail holder.
PRETTY FLOWER BOW
Sandy uses regular Bowdabra for this Texas Sized Hair Bows project. She scrunches a violet colored ribbon (25” long and 5” wide). Then she scrunches 3 wired ribbons cut in leaf shapes (5.5” long) with pointed ends. She tops it with curvy-end petal-shaped ribbons (3.5” long) and later adds some more petals (2.5” long and 1” wide). She ties it all and shapes the ribbons to complete the beautiful flower bow that can be tied to a headband.
