Materials:
12″ x 60″ Pink Tulle
2″ x 72″ Luminescent Pearl Edge Wired Ribbon
3 Assorted Lengths Wedding Garland
Now we’re going to make this really pretty puffy wedding gift wrap topper that doubles as a hair bow
So, let’s get started. I’ve taken my silver Bowdabra Bow Wire, I’m folding it in half, and I’m going to lay this down in my regular Bowdabra. I’m just tucking the ends under, so they stay out of my way.
The next thing I’m going to do is take my pink tulle, and we’re going to make a really easy scrunchy bow with my tulle. So, I’m just going to center my tulle into the Bowdabra, and I’m just going to scrunch everything down into the Bowdabra. And I’m going to take my Bowdabra wand and push everything down.
Then, I’m going to take this really pretty, pearl wire edge ribbon that is luminescent sheer. And I’m going to start. I’m just going to twist my twist my ribbon. And, I’m going to fold it back over there and twist. Finally, I’m just going to finish off this little piece here. And again, I’m going to take my wand and just scrunch everything down into the Bowdabra.
Now, I have this really pretty wedding garland with nice, cute little wedding bows on there. And it’s wired, so I’ll be able to shape it. Then I’m going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, and I’m going pull the two ends through my slipknot, hold my bow while I pull it really, really tight. (This is the reason I folded my wire in the beginning to make the slipknot) So, now I take the bow out of the Bowdabra, and you can see I’m not struggling with it. I’m going to just take my ends and bring them around to the back.

To finish, shape the garland the way you like it. And all you have to do is use your wire to tie onto either a hair clip or onto the ribbon that you wrap around your package.
