Slow Cooker Skinny Chicken Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen pre-cooked chicken (we used cubed)
2 cans (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 pkg. frozen onion and peppers
2 cans (14.5 oz.) low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) red beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (8.5 oz.) corn, drained and rinsed
One tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. low sodium taco seasoning
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve.
