Think beyond table centerpieces as you decorate for the holidays! Chair decorations add a festive touch to any room for Thanksgiving! Especially in the great room, where seating around the countertop area is available for unexpected guests or just additional seating! A pretty bow adorned with holiday seasonal embellishments is perfect for a Thanksgiving feast. It’s an easy to create addition using the Bowdabra that adds beauty and festivity to any room!
Material needed:
2.5″ wide decorative wire ribbon – 72″ long
Bowdabra,Bowdabra Bow Wire, and Wand
Scissors
Thanksgiving seasonal embellishments
Begin by folding a 24″ piece of Bowdabra bow wire in half and placing it in the Bowdabra, tucking the ends under.
Next, turn the Bowdabra sideways and insert faux fall leaf embellishments down into the Bowdabra on each side.
Continue inserting additional seasonal embellishments into the Bowdabra until satisfied with fullness.
Next, fold the ribbon in half to find the center. Make a crease at the center point and place down into the Bowdabra.
Make a loop six inches long, creasing down into the Bowdabra.
Fold and loop the other side at the same 6-inch width, with ribbon tails down on each side.
Make additional 4-inch loops on each side, creasing down into the Bowdabra.
Dove-tail the ribbon ends, by folding together and cutting at an angle from fold to corner end.
Scrunch down the ribbon and embellishments with Bowdabra Wand.
While the bow is still in, thread the loose ends of the bow wire through the loop, pulling tightly and gently pulling the bow out, taking the wires around to the back and tying in a double knot.
Fluff and arrange embellishments, using the bow wire to tie onto the back of a chair
