Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here to help you get ready for a Friendship Gift Package Exchange. With summer here, what better time to gather the kids and have them make up friendship gift packages.
Gather all your supplies and let the kids have fun creating gifts for their friends. Then have them decorate gift bags so they can place their gifts inside. All you need to do next is to arrange for a Friendship Gift Package Exchange so they can exchange their gifts. Think how much fun they’ll have opening packages made by their friends.
Supplies:
Mini Bowdabra
Bow WIre
Assorted 1/2″ ribbon
Foiled Paper: Rinea
Stamps: Joy Clair
Ink: Memento
Markers
Paper Bags
Start by die cut names from RInea Foiled Papers using a die cut machine then add the names to the bags.
Stamp flowers along the bottom edge and color with markers.
Create assorted bows using the Mini Bowdabra.
Place 12″ of bow wire in the Bowdabra and wrap underneath so it’s out of your way while creating the bow.
Create a bow with 3-4 loops.
Twist each loop as you place it in the Bowdabra.
Pull up on the bow wire and tie off.
Make as many bows as you need in assorted colors and patterns.
To finish, punch holes in each bag and insert the bow wire.
Then, tie off in the back and fluff each bow.
And finally, make arrangements for the Friendship Gift Package Exchange and let the kids have fun. What a fun idea for Girl Scout swaps vacation bible schools, birthday party favors and more.
And, don’t forget to drop by Bowdabra blog each week for new and creative craft tutorials, video DIY’s, recipes and so much more from our team of talented designers!
Thanks for stopping by.
