Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here with a Father’s Day gift made with the Bowdabra. It’s summertime and that means it’s time for bar-b-cues and beer.
Supplies:
Bowdabra Bow Making and Design Tool
Bowdabra Gold Wire
1 1/2″ wide sheer ribbon
Rinea Foiled Paper
Begin by placing 18″ of gold bow wire in the Bowdabra and fold it underneath so it is out of your way while you create the bow. Start by placing a 3″ length of ribbon in the Bowdabra.
Fold over the ribbon, creating a 3″ loop on the left side. Twist the ribbon and place back in the channel and create another loop on the right side. Continue making loops until you have 3 on each side, twisting each time you place the ribbon in the channel.
Create 2 smaller loops on each side to complete the bow. Use the Bow Wand to push the bow into the Bowdabra.
Next, pull up on the Bow Wire and remove the bow. Tie the bow tightly and wrap the wire to the back.
Use the Bow Wire to tie the bow to the container.
Wrap ribbon around the case. Die cut a label from Rinea Foiled Paper in Gold. Next, die cut DAD from Rinea Foiled Paper in Ruby, mat with cardstock and adhere to the label. Place the label on the front of the case.
Happy Father’s Day.
