Materials:
“Now we’re going to make a really fun Father’s Day gift. The first thing that I’m going to do is to take my Mini Bowdabra and lay the Bowdabra Hair bow Tool and Ruler right over it. Then I’m going to fold my Bowdabra Bow Wire in half, lay it down into the Mini Bowdabra and just tuck the ends underneath.
Now what I’m going to do is take this piece of grosgrain that I’ve already dovetailed and sealed, and just scrunch the middle and lay that down. The point should be at about three inches on your Mini Bowdabra Measuring Tool.
Then, I have this really cute “I Love You to Pieces” cutout tag, and I’m going to just take it and glue it onto the little silver balls that I have here. And I’m just going to lie that in there.
I’m going to finish my bow by just scrunching the end of the ribbon here. And you’re hearing noise behind me because that’s Vivee deciding she’s going to sit on the couch that’s behind me. Now what I’m doing is I’m taking the end of my ribbon and just scrunching that down in here so it’s exactly like you would make a little, simple boutique bow. I just want to make sure that I have an inch and a half on each side. Now that I know that I do, I’m going to just scrunch this down into my Bowdabra.
Then, just for extra measure, I’m going to take my wand and scrunch that down. Next, I’m going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire and I’m going to pull the two ends through the slipknot. I pull it really tight while it’s still in the Bowdabra, pull it out, separate the ends and bring them around to the back. I’m going to tie a knot. And I’m actually going to tie another knot. Finally, I’m going to just clip the ends.
So now, I’m going to put everything aside. What I have here is a Mason jar, and I’ve started filling it, and I’m just going to finish filling it with my Reese’s Pieces. And then I’m going to put the lid on the jar and just screw that down. When I fold it over, I want to make sure none of them fall out.
I’m going to take my glue gun and I’m just going to put a big dab of glue right there. And I’m going to take my bow and I just want to make sure that I have this right direction. I don’t, of course not. I have just made a big mistake, so let me just fix this and put this down. You can clean that glue off pretty easily. I’ll just lie that down. And now we have a really cute “I Love You to Pieces” Father’s Day gift.
